eTeam ACQUIRES DRYDEN HUMAN CAPITAL

Deal Positions eTeam for Expanded Growth in Niche Insurance Market

SOUTH PLAINFIELD, N.J.,–January 11, 2017– eTeam Inc., the U.S.-based supplier of value-added staffing services and talent management solutions to Fortune 1000 companies, has completed the acquisition of Dryden Human Capital, the parent company of Darwin Rhodes.

Dryden Human Capital, a global portfolio of recruitment and executive search organizations is headquartered in London and operates globally through offices in London, Hong Kong and New York. Darwin Rhodes is a specialist talent firm operating within niche areas of the insurance market for the past 20 years, with offices in London, Hong Kong and Switzerland.

This acquisition will enable eTeam to increase its market share in London and the U.S. as well as giving it access to new global markets. The deal will also help to further eTeam’s vision to be a premier provider of talent acquisition services and solutions to global, high-growth companies. Darwin Rhodes will continue to operate under the Darwin Rhodes brand with their key team.

EMW Law Recruitment Agency Sector team served as advisors while Philip Ellis of Optima Corporate Finance introduced the deal to eTeam. Terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.
